By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Certain features rely on artificial intelligence (AI) to assist users in generating content, recommendations, or operational outputs.
The Service is provided on a subscription, usage-based, or other paid basis as described at the time of purchase.
3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features
3.1 AI Technology Provider
Adnoux includes AI-powered features that are powered by Gemini, a third-party artificial intelligence service.
3.2 AI Data Processing
When you use AI features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Text, prompts, inputs, files, or other data you submit may be transmitted to and processed by Gemini solely for the purpose of generating AI-related outputs.
- Such processing is performed in accordance with Gemini’s applicable privacy and security standards and Adnoux’s Privacy Policy.
3.3 User Consent
By using the Service and its AI functionality, you explicitly consent to your data being processed by Gemini for AI-related services.
3.4 AI Output Limitations and Disclaimers
You understand and agree that:
- AI-generated outputs are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, or inappropriate.
- AI outputs do not constitute professional, legal, financial, marketing, or business advice.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and determining the suitability of any AI-generated output before use.
4. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
Due to the nature of SaaS services and immediate access to digital functionality:
- No refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction, non-use, mistaken purchase, or changes in business circumstances, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. User Responsibility for Content and Outputs
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are fully responsible for all information, data, content, prompts, and materials you submit or generate through the Service.
- You are solely responsible for any AI-generated outputs, including how they are used, published, relied upon, or distributed.
- Adnoux does not monitor, verify, or endorse user content or AI outputs.
6. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Results
Adnoux makes no guarantees regarding:
- The accuracy, completeness, reliability, or usefulness of any information, content, data, insights, or AI-generated outputs.
- The success, performance, profitability, compliance, or effectiveness of any advertisements, marketing campaigns, or strategies created or managed using the Service.
Adnoux expressly disclaims any responsibility for advertising or marketing outcomes, including impressions, conversions, revenue, or return on investment.
7. Reference to Facebook
Any use of the name “Facebook” within the Service, documentation, or marketing materials is strictly for reference purposes only.
All rights to the name “Facebook” and related trademarks are the property of Meta Platforms, Inc.
Adnoux is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
- Ensure that all information you provide is accurate and lawful.
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform rules.
- Refrain from prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful conduct
- Infringing intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the Service
- Using the Service to generate unlawful, misleading, or unethical content
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 Adnoux Intellectual Property
All software, code, algorithms, models, designs, trademarks, and platform content (excluding user-provided content) are owned by or licensed to Adnoux and are protected by intellectual property laws.
9.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Adnoux a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display such content solely to provide and improve the Service.
9.3 AI-Generated Outputs
As between you and Adnoux:
- You own AI-generated outputs to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Adnoux retains all rights to the underlying AI systems, models, software, and infrastructure used to generate such outputs.
10. Modification or Termination of Services
Adnoux reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
- Restrict or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
Adnoux shall not be liable for any losses resulting from service modification or termination.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADNOUX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- ADNOUX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
- ADNOUX’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ADNOUX IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to Adnoux’s Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is collected, used, and processed, including data processed by Gemini for AI functionality. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Atlanta, Georgia, USA, unless otherwise required by law.
15. Changes to These Terms
Adnoux may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made:
- The “Last Updated” date will be revised.
- Material changes may be communicated via email or an in-platform notice.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
